Research Interests: At present I am working for various possible extensions of Support Vector machines such as Least Squares Support Vector Machine and Twin Support Vector Machine. I have co-authored various papers based on Twin Support Vector machine and its implementations with different variants.
I am also focusing on Big Data, Stream Analytics and transformation of conventional machine learning algorithm for Big Data environment. Presently I am working on Apache SPARK, MOA and SAMOA tools for implementation of Big Data applications in distributed and real time environment. I performed exhaustive surveys on Stream Analytics and Big Data Storage and Computing Tools and communicated few papers for publication in reputed journals. A Big Data implementation using SAMOA for handling Stream Analytics is also performed by me and my research team.
I have written several papers on healthcare Data Mining based on Classification, Regression and Clustering for Predictive analysis. I have attended a number of National and International Conferences/workshops and I have more than 60 research papers in national / international journals and conferences.
